One of the many jewels of the upper Riviera in Santa Barbara, this three-story hillside residence takes it’s heritage from a careful replication of the very best of Greene & Greene traditional Craftsman exterior design features and detailing. Built in 2007 serving a family of four and an attorney’s home office, this 5,000 square foot home had to be artfully tucked into an extremely steep 100’ wide lot to both capture the island views and insure privacy from neighboring homes.
