This award winning 40,000 square foot TI at the Old Mill School in Ventura, was completed in three phases over the course of 5 years starting in 2003 and included a new entrance lobby, new campus library, new faculty and staff offices, 4 new digital classrooms, 3 remodeled standard classrooms, a tilt-up soundstage, restrooms, break and kitchen areas.
